My package says it was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you still haven’t received it, please consider the following:

• Checking your tracking history closely to see if it has any details explaining where and how it was delivered. 
• Check the shipping address on your order to make sure it was delivered to your expected address.
• Check with your local post office to see if they received it.
• Check with your neighbors/front desk/mailroom etc.
• Check with your regular mail carrier at the soonest opportunity

If all options have been exhausted, please contact us, and we’ll handle the situation to your satisfaction.
