I received an incorrect item. What do I do?

If you’ve received wrong items, please reach out to the customer service team to request that the correct item be resent. If possible include the title and an image of the incorrect title.


Our distributor may require the incorrect item to be returned, in which case they will provide a prepaid return label for us to relay. Please be patient as we correspond to report any and all mispacked packages.
