I received an incorrect item. What do I do?

From time to time a human error results in an order with the wrong books in it! If you’ve received wrong items, please reach out to the customer service team to request either a resend or a refund of your order. Please include a picture of the incorrect items if at all possible. Our distributor may require the incorrect item to be returned, in which case they will provide a prepaid return label for us to relay. Please be patient as we correspond to report any and all mispacked packages.
