Sometimes because of varying stock levels across our partner warehouses, orders can be split into two or more shipments. Please refer to the tracking numbers indicated in your order detail record to determine if your missing items are being shipped in a separate shipment. Backorders and pre-orders will often ship separately, and will not hold up the shipment of the rest of your order.
If you did receive an order that is missing an expected title or several, please reach out to the customer service team to request either a resend or a refund of those missing items. Be sure to include your order number, and the names and / or ISBNs of the missing book or books.
