It’s been a while and my order has not arrived. What do I do?

First review your tracking information above to determine if your shipment/s have been lost, stalled indefinitely, returned or are just delayed. If the tracking has said “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” or if the tracking information has not updated in over a week please contact us through our Contact Us form here and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
