“Awaiting Carrier Pickup” or "Label Created, not yet in system" means that your order was processed and packaged at our distributor but has not been scanned by the shipper (USPS or UPS).
This usually means one of two things.
It can mean that your package was not scanned when it was picked up, but the tracking will update after a few days and your order will be delivered.
It can also mean that your package was lost or mislabeled at the warehouse. If, after 4 or 5 days, your shipment has not had any kind of tracking update, fill out a ticket here. Include your order number and we will quickly investigate and resend your order for no additional charge if needed.
