Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the shipping information included on your order detail page. The order detail page is accessible by the link in your order confirmation email or via your user account order records.
If you'd like to view your order detail page using your Bookshop.org account, first log into your account. Then navigate to "My Account" > "My Orders."
A chronological list of all orders placed with your Bookshop account is displayed under the "My Orders" heading. Click on the order you'd like to view. You will be redirected to an expanded order page, where you can see every item on your order, as well as shipping information and tracking numbers beneath each item on the list.
If your tracking information shows that your order has had a shipping label assigned to it, but hasn't updated for over 10 days, please contact us.
