How Do I Return an Order?

If you have received an order/item that you no longer want, you can return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The refund will cover the cost of the books returned plus initial shipping costs to compensate for the return shipping. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.


To ensure your package is returned correctly please be sure to write the purchase order number prominently on the packaging and post it to our distributor's returns center:

If you have received a damaged item(s) in your order, please DO NOT initiate a return in this manner. If you've received a damaged or misprinted item, you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund.
