Once an order for an in stock title is placed and begins processing, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping or billing information.
We ARE able to update the address on pre-orders and backorders. Please contact us here to update.
You may try using the USPS intercept service described here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
If the address is inaccessible, or contains a typo, your package will likely be returned to our distributor, so please keep an eye on your tracking number and if you've found that the delivery has somehow failed, please contact us, and we'll be able to re-send your order to an updated address, or simply refund you.
