Once an order is sent to our warehouse and begins processing, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping or billing information. If the order is a backorder or preorder we ARE able to cancel the original submission, edit the address, and resubmit the order at no cost. Please contact us to update.

If the address is inaccessible, or contains a typo, your package will likely be returned to our distributor, so please keep an eye on your tracking number and if you've found that the delivery has somehow failed, please contact us, and we'll be able to re-send your order to an updated address, or simply refund you.
