Because of this, we strongly recommend that you use USPS Priority mail or UPS options for any gifts. Orders shipped through Standard USPS Media Mail may be subject to unforeseen delays.
To maximize the chance of packages being received in time for December 25, we recommend ordering as soon as possible before these deadlines:
STANDARD (USPS Media Mail): no later than December 4th
EXPEDITED (USPS Priority, UPS Surepost, and UPS Ground): no later than December 9th
For Christmas & Kwanzaa
STANDARD (USPS Media Mail): no later than December 11th
EXPEDITED (USPS Priority, UPS Surepost, and UPS Ground): December 15th (no later than December 18th, which may be received by Christmas & Kwanzaa, but delays are present)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are extending our regular return policy to give customers 21 days to return an order during the holiday season (through January '23). If you are the recipient of a gift that you'd like to exchange for store credit, customer service can credit your user account upon receiving tracking information for your posted return. Return postage for non-wanted returns is to be covered by recipient. Please reach out to customer service via email (email@example.com).
