If you have received an order/item that you no longer want, you can return the unwanted item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The refund will cover the cost of the books returned plus initial shipping costs to compensate for the return shipping. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.
As we have expanded to multiple sources of distribution, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team for direction in where to post your return. Please submit a support ticket here.
If you have received a damaged item(s) in your order, please DO NOT initiate a return in this manner. If you've received a damaged or misprinted item, you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund.
