I have an issue with an ebook order, what do I do?

All previous ebook orders were handled and fulfilled by our partners over at My Must Reads / Hummingbird, which has since ended, when they've rebranded as Booksio.

We've been informed that Booksio has since ceased operations entirely. Bookshop.org is in no way responsible for any previously accessible ebooks hosted on Booksio's platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
