This means that your order was processed and packaged at our warehouse but has not been scanned at a shipping location. Unfortunately this tracking status is hard to diagnose. It could mean that your package was picked up and never scanned, and eventually it will be and the tracking will become updated at some point. It could also mean that your package was lost. We suggest that you wait at least a week to see if there has been any update in the tracking information, and if not, to reach out to our customer service team to request your order be re-sent or refunded.
